Information you provide
EKO EQUIPMENT CO., LTD receives the name, email, country, message and optional company, phone and product details you submit. We also save the source page and campaign labels when supplied with your inquiry.
Purpose and access
The information is used to respond to your request and manage related sales follow-up. Authorized team members can access inquiry records. When configured, a transactional email provider processes the inquiry to deliver the team notification.
Cookies and measurement
An essential session cookie protects forms and administrator sign-in. This site does not load advertising trackers. Basic first-party interaction counts record the event, page, product and time, without storing an analytics visitor identifier. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help prevent abuse.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records and interaction counts are retained for up to 365 days in the live database. Routine backups are rotated within 30 days. Email correspondence may have a separate business retention schedule. Contact anne@eko-equipment.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
